DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?
Yes, in most cases, you will need a building permit for your metal structure. The requirements vary by location and building size, so it’s best to check with your local building authority for specific regulations.
WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY COMES WITH THE GARAGES?
Our garages come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers various aspects such as structural integrity and materials. The specific terms of the warranty can vary, so please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your purchase or give us a call at this number (336) 792-9801.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY STRUCTURE INSTALLED?
The installation time varies, but typically, it takes 2-4 weeks from the time you place your order and pay the deposit for the delivery, That is if the site is ready to install the building. If not, you will need to work on that while we build your building.
WHAT SURFACE CAN A METAL STRUCTURE BE INSTALLED ON?
Our metal structures can be installed on a variety of surfaces including concrete, gravel, dirt, and asphalt. The surface should be level and prepared according to our guidelines for best results
HOW LEVEL DOES MY LAND NEED TO BE FOR INSTALLATION?
Your land needs to be as level as possible. Slight variations can be accommodated, but significant unevenness might require additional preparation to ensure proper installation.
WHAT TYPES OF ANCHORING COMES WITH MY STRUCTURE?
We offer several types of anchoring depending on the installation surface. For concrete surfaces, we use concrete anchor bolts. For gravel or dirt surfaces, we use mobile home anchors or rebar anchors.
DO THE PRICES FEATURED INCLUDE CONCRETE AND/OR GROUND WORK?
No, the prices listed do not include concrete or ground work. These services must be arranged separately, though we can provide recommendations if needed.
AM I REQUIRED TO PUT MONEY DOWN?
Yes, a deposit is required to initiate the building process. The amount of the deposit will be discussed during the ordering process.
CAN I PAY OFF MY FINANCING EARLY?
Yes, you can pay off your financing early without any penalties. Early payoff can save you on interest costs.
CAN I FINANCE MULTIPLE STRUCTURES?
Yes, it is possible to finance multiple structures. Each financing application will be evaluated individually, so please discuss your needs with our financing department.
WHAT SIZE CONCRETE SHOULD I POUR FOR MY STRUCTURE?
The size of the concrete pad depends on the dimensions of your structure. We recommend pouring a concrete pad that is at least 4 inches thick and extends a few inches beyond the dimensions of the building.
WILL BASERAIL CAULK PREVENT WATER FROM SEEPING IN?
Baserail caulk can help prevent water from seeping in at the base of the structure. However, proper site preparation and drainage planning are also essential to keep your building dry.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL SIDES/ENDS?
Vertical sides/ends have panels that run up and down, allowing water and debris to easily slide off. Horizontal sides/ends have panels that run side to side. Vertical siding is generally more durable and requires less maintenance.
